Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Scholarix subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scholarix.fun.

2. Credit Pack Refunds

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues with a charge, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a dispute with your bank, as we can often resolve the issue much faster directly.
