Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated through Scholarix becomes your property upon generation. However, Scholarix retains all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and Service infrastructure.

You grant Scholarix a limited license to process your input materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scholarix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
